In The Lead Up

• A final checklist sent approx. 6 weeks prior to the wedding to finalise wedding details.
• Creation of a master run sheet to send to all vendors to ensure everyone is aligned on the run of the day.
• Final walk through at the venue the week prior to finalise the layout and vision.

On The Day Of The Event

• 2 x JJ Style staff to manage and oversee wedding requirements.
• Meet & greet of guests on arrival and direct as required throughout.
• Meet and greet all vendors and oversee to ensure setup is completed as per your requests.
• Implementation of any back up plans e.g. wet weather plan.
• Manage the overall day on your behalf to ensure it all runs smoothly behind the scenes.

For Restaurants/Hotels etc - Inclusive of Coordinator being on-site until the Reception commences. If a Private venue – Price may vary, inclusive of Coordinator being on-site until the end of the evening (Maximum 12 hours)
