In The Lead Up

• Six weeks out from your wedding we will arrange a meeting to discuss the details of your day and you will hand over your planning and vendor details for us to continue to manage.
• Creation of a master run sheet to confirm timings and responsibilities, provided to all vendors.
• Contact with all vendors prior to the event to confirm timings, responsibilities and expectations.
• Attendance at your rehearsal to construct floor plan and wet weather plan.

On The Day Of The Event

• Timeline management, ensuring everyone is aligned on the run of the day.
• Greet and direct vendors as required.
• 2 x JJ Style staff members to execute and oversee your wedding set up, manage your timeline and coordinate suppliers (8-10 hours onsite).
• Relocating styling items from Ceremony to Reception if required.
• Management of music as required.
• Main point of contact for the day to liaise with vendors, guests, MC etc so you can relax and enjoy the day
